Skedavo is the school management product of TECNADOS, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 59.130.214/0001-25): enrollment, grades, announcements, tuition billing and the timetable in one system. The AI does not make up the timetable — it translates rules; the Timefold solver builds it. Each school's data is isolated (multi-tenant), and in generated documents students are pseudonymized before anything reaches the AI.
The company
TECNADOS runs Skedavo as SaaS. We are not a tuition fintech, and we never ask a school to hand over its cash flow. When the school turns on Pix or boleto (Brazilian payment methods), the money lands in its own account. We are not Skedova either (team scheduling / POS) — similar names, different products.

Why Timefold, and not just a chatbot
Building a school timetable is a combinatorial optimization problem (timetabling). A chatbot on its own guesses. Skedavo splits the roles: Sky writes constraints from plain language; the solver applies 34 pedagogical rules and refuses teacher, class or room clashes on the mandatory rules. Data protection (LGPD), in one sentence
Each school sees only its own data. In the academic features, the AI works with codes, not with the student's name. The exception is a file the school itself attaches for import: it goes as is, because that is how reading it works.
