How the school uses the system day to day
The front office enters the student, links the guardian and assigns the class. Teachers post grades and attendance on the same record. Coordinators describe the timetable rules in plain language and generate the schedule. The finance team issues the class's tuition invoices and tracks payments. The family sees the report card, notes and invoices in the parent portal (page in Portuguese) — with no separate login. It is not a “scheduling module” bolted onto an ERP: it is the same database.
A typical first week: create the account, import a spreadsheet or a photo of the schedule board with Sky, check classes and teachers, generate the timetable, invite the team. There is no setup fee and no mandatory paid training. If part of the request is impossible (more lessons than slots, rules that contradict each other), the engine shows the conflict — it does not hand over a broken timetable as if it were finished.

Sky translates what you write (“Ms. Ana mornings only”, “PE in the gym”) into a formal constraint and imports your records. Each school is isolated and, in the documents the system generates, the AI never receives student names (pseudonymization) — the exception is a file the school itself attaches for import, which goes as is.
