What to put in the email (for a useful reply)
School name, city, approximate number of classes, and whether the pain is the timetable, tuition billing, the front office or a multi-campus network. Without that the conversation turns into ping-pong. Do not email spreadsheets with student ID numbers — use the authenticated import inside the app, on the school's instructions.

How fast do you reply?
During business hours in Brazil (Brasília time). Network plan and DPA requests take longer because they involve a contract, not just a sign-up.
