No. Export is free on every plan, including Free. What the subscription pays for is your school's brand on the documents and the suite — never access to your own data. Holding a school's data hostage to make leaving harder is exactly what our Terms forbid us from doing.
The 2026 founder price stays locked for as long as your subscription is active — renewal is at the same amount. If the table ever goes up, it goes up for whoever joins after you.
The PDF itself says so. Every timetable carries a banner when a lesson went unassigned or a hard conflict remains, plus the list of what was missing and which rules were considered. You don't find out on Monday, from the teacher who showed up.
Privacy
Skedavo doesn't expose student names to the AI: in academic features, each student is pseudonymized (turned into a code) before any AI call, and names are only restored inside your school. Day to day, the AI works with teachers, rooms and scheduling rules.

Yes. Each school is isolated (multi-tenant) and, in the documents the system generates, the AI does not receive student names — academic dossiers are pseudonymized before sending and restored locally.
